This is a great piece of Hollywood memorabilia, a vintage Alien 20 rear strike matchbook. It was used as a promotional advertising piece, encouraging fans to purchase the 'authentic Alien Nostromo cap.' The front of the book shows the cap with its 10-color embroidered badge and the text, 'In space, anyone can wear a cap.' The back shows the glowing imagery from the movie Alien. The inside is printed with the mail-in cap order form. It has an offer expiration date of 1/1/81 which dates this piece. There is some light creasing at the folds, and the back striker has been used.
