We love to decorate with the lovely red poinsettias and pine cones during the holidays. This vintage goose egg diorama features both, and it is beautiful in its simplicity as a snowy outdoors scene. The egg is painted blue on the inside to simulate the outdoor sky. The flower and pine cone lay atop snow which is made of a small piece of white styrofoam. The outside is elaborately decorated. The opening is rimmed in vintage gold metallic curly-q picot trim. The back field is covered in clear ground glass which has such a lovely glowing texture. The center features a classic candle design made of brilliant emerald green and white faceted jewel beads, topped with a red diamond shaped faceted bead that makes the flame. It is so unique! The top is finished with its gold hanging loop. This vintage poinsettia and pine cone Christmas ornament measures 2.5 inches tall, not including the loop. It is in absolutely perfect, mint condition, which is amazing for its age and fragile nature.
