Hard to find large antique German double clip on Christmas ornament, a rare green Santa with a mercury glass tree. Fabulous!
 

This is a wonderful antique figural glass ornament featuring fine German craftsmanship. Santa wears his green coat and hat, his hands held in front. He is nicely silvered with hand painted details. A tall evergreen tree is on his left. Both are inserted into their own coiled metal cup, framed with multiple branches of tushteer greenery.

It is in excellent condition with no chips, breaks, or wear. The original metal clip is present, attached to the two coiled cups. There is some oxidation and rust to the clip.

What an amazing and striking antique vintage German double clip on Santa Christmas ornament. A must have for any antique German or figural ornament collection. Super rare!
