This is a very fun vintage USA tin toy made by Kirchhof, a popular mid century tin toy manufacturer. It is marked such, along with their slogan, "Life of the Party Products".
This is the more scarce style of noisemaker, a round handled drum with beads inside to make the "noise". The litho design is crisp and strong. One side features two clowns, the dancer being serenaded by a jester. The opposite side has flamenco dancers in full swing. Both are set amongst a party background with small silhouette images. Multi color balloons frame the design. The wood handle is attached to the center and is very secure.
This cool vintage Kirchhof noisemaker toy measures 4.75 inches tall. The drum is about 3.25 inches wide with a 2 inch diameter. It is in excellent condition showing minimum wear and near perfect litho. There is small slight indent on the flamenco side, very minor.
